Production of an Awards Ceremony for the Government of Abu Dhabi. The concept was based on the Constellation. How the 49 entities are linked together to form one strong government under one common vision of leadership and excellence in Performance. The winners are either entities, individuals or projects and the icon for the award is the start, which links to the notion of how all the employees and entities are like "stars" in space connected like a constellation
