AGEDI Worldwide Networking Event "Eye on Earth Summit"

AGEDI works throughout the world to achieve a more sustainable future through ‘best-impact’ access to environmental and societal data. The Eye on Earth Summit was create to support this initiative on a global scale to bring together partners and stakeholder to raise awareness, discuss the issues and build strategic plans for the future. JBM was invited to consult and pitch for producing this event. All the designs and concepts were created by JBM to create a unique environmentally friendly exhibition space for the Summit which included interactive technologies, seminar break out session spaces, children zone and other themed zones that reflect the issues and themes of AGEDI's initiative.

The overall concept is constructed around the idea of a living organism,like an eco-system whereby each element, zone and parts are like the vitalorgans that allow this organism to survive.

We feel that the design and conceptual layout should reflect theimportance of information and how its translation and transfer is the viable causefor a successful sustainable environment.

Our proposal is to build a cohesive environment where themed settingsevoke the four core elements; Energy,Water, Greenery and Minerals, through the execution of gardens thatsurround the main zones of the exhibition hall (AGEDI, KIDS, JUNIOR, 360).

The objective is to keep this event very user friendly for visitors thatare not very familiar with the subject matter, while maintaining a professionalapproach for the industry professionals and participants. The key word is “Edutainment”.
